I love Colcannon so good and tasty much better then plain old mash potatoes. We are doing Whole Wheat Irish Soda Bread and either Vegetarian Shepherds Pie topped with Colcannon or Potato and Leek Soup.
What are you having?
i am thinking we will be making the colcannon for sure and maybe the lamb chops.
